Description Policy

Upon making a decision to purchase an item/s from Nono Leni please read the whole description, checked all measurements and review all images. Every item is described as accurately as possible and should provide you with a good idea of its features and details.

 

Order Cancellation

Nono Leni  reserves the right to cease your order at any time, with acceptable reason. If a product is bought at the same time by several different customers the product will go to the customer that payment has been received first from. 

 

Return Policy

Returns are available on all full priced items. If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item and you will be sent an email containing instructions on returning the garment. Items must be sent via trackable delivery within 10 days to be eligible for a return. The returned items must be in their original condition and not worn. Following this the money will be refunded (via paypal). This will not include postage costs, packaging costs or duty paid for the original item.

We will not accept returns after the 10th day of the item being delivered. Since we can track delivery on all items, delivery date will be determined by our mail carrier.

Privacy Policy

All information that Nono Leni  collects will remain confidential and will in no circumstances be passed on to a third-party. All credit card information is stored securely within Paypal and Nono Leni cannot access this information. 

 

Import Duty

If you order products from Nono Leni  for delivery outside the UE, they may be subject to import duties and taxes at your destination. Nono Leni is not responsible the for payment of any such import duties and taxes, the responsibility falls under the customer. Please be aware that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Your local customs office will have more information. Nono Leni  is not liable for any breach of laws and regulations of the country were the products are being sent.
