Delivery policy

As soon as an order is made it will be sent as soon as payment has cleared.

Nono Leni takes no responsibility for damage or loss by the respective shipping company. 

Returns policy

Returns are able to be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. The garment must be in the exact same condition as it was when the customer received it. The customer must send the item back via a trackable and signed for mail delivery service at their own cost. 

Refunds will be made immediately after the item is deemed in its original condition. The refund will be the full price of the item - shipping costs will not be refunded.
